·         Prospect, approach and service individual/corporate clients for residential/commercial real estate services including primary and resale transactions
·         Lead generation, prospecting, sales, client servicing and post sales customer relationship management
  • Assist seniors in developing, managing and fostering strong relationships with developers and business associates
  • Ensure extremely high levels of service and integrity in all dealings with the customer's interest being foremost
  • Daily and periodic reporting of all sales efforts to designated supervisors
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of the latest real estate developments in the defined geography
  • Foster harmony and teamwork among colleagues; share knowledge & experiences for collective growth

Job Description:
·         Lead and manage a sales team to ensure high productivity in sales of residential/commercial properties in Gurgaon
·         Develop, maintain and manage relationships with builders and business partners
  • Develop and manage client portfolio of HNIs and Investors for their real estate needs
  • Generate and maintain sales/productivity MIS for reporting and records
  • Ensure extremely high levels of service and integrity in all dealings with the customer's interest being foremost and ensure the team maintains the same
  • Work in close coordination with the senior management to devise future strategy and expansion plans
  • Daily and periodic reporting of all sales/relationship management efforts to designated supervisors
  • Design/execute marketing and lead generation initiatives from time to time
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of the latest real estate developments in the defined geography
  • Foster harmony and teamwork among colleagues; share knowledge & experiences for collective growth
Job Profile:
