Urgent Opening: Counselor Executive
Salary: 10-15k
Exp: 1-3yrs

Eligibility: Candidate should be graduate or post graduate. Candidate should have knowledge of basic knowledge of Computer and internet.

Job responsibility:-

1.To effectively counsel inquiries, walk-ins and convert them as enrollments. Maximize conversion percentage.
2.To manage and use database in proper soft copy/ filings for future references.
3.To follow-up inquiries (from database) till the enrollment stage and keep track of the developments till the final stage.
4.To ensure all the students are registered on portal and ID cards & course materials are issued to them.
5.To maintain track of fees payment schedule of each student and ensure that the fees are collected and receipts are given 
on time.
6.To make and maintain all necessary reports and invoices pertaining to the students fee payment.
7.To keep track of all the existing students and build a rapport with them and service their queries and problems.
8.To be the single point contact to the students for all academic related issues with the company
